When we visited this lighthouse, it was a very chilly and windy day. The doors were difficult to open and when I did, the wind slammed the door against the building and I had a hard time closing the door. You could hear the wind slamming against the building and the windows were making crackling sounds. I kept reminding myself it was a lighthouse and would be strong enough to handle the wind gusts.
